Initial Health History Consultation

Private health coaching designed to address your specific health and wellness needs. Using applied functional medicine and coaching techniques, Holli will help you get to the "root cause" of your health issues to find real healing. Can be in person, via phone or video chat.

Private Three Month Health Coaching Program

An actionable program which comprehensively addresses your specific health needs. We will meet every other week for three months for a total of six sessions. Includes follow-up, feedback, notes, e-mail, and phone support.

Four Week Balance Your Gut and Cleanse Program

Safely balance your gut with this four-week program which includes: 30-minute calls each week for four weeks to balance immune system issues, includes a three (3) day detox.  Balancing your gut offers amazing health benefits and generates a feeling of overall wellness and energy.

We all have food cravings which can affect our lives in many ways ranging from relationships to health issues. These cravings, common in our American culture, can cause allergies, autoimmune and chronic diseases. Food cravings can be avoided by simply and mindfully eating a diet rich in nutritionally balanced foods. In this interactive workshop, you will learn about mindful eating, understand why you have food cravings, and how to avoid these urges by adding healthful foods to your diet. Organic, Conventional vs. Local

Learn the difference between organic, conventional, and local fruits and vegetables by joining our discussion about what organic standards really mean. It’s not as simple as you think! You will be surprised by some of the choices available. Participants will learn how to pick produce on the farm and in the supermarket by discussing tips from Environmental Working Group (EWG). We will also discuss the health benefits of produce, the differences in nutrients, and what you can do to feed your family a healthy diet.​

The Seductive Art of Chocolate Tasting

Are you aware of how dark organic chocolate may improve libido and provide other important health benefits? Learn why you should love dark organic chocolate and then learn how! You will learn the basics of chocolate processing, the history behind this age old food, the importance of quality in our foods, and then you can experience the proper way to taste chocolate for yourself. Tapping for Stress Management
