Your doctor says you're okay, but you know you could feel better. If you have issues like anxiety or sleep troubles, join us and learn about the connection between nutrition, lifestyle choices, and your health. We'll discuss how the various foods you select to consume make you feel. You'll learn about eating hygiene, digestive health, anxiety, insomnia, low energy, and fatigue, and how changing your chewing, breathing, and hydration habits can improve your life. You can feel great just by adopting a few new holistic tips and applying some simple lifestyle changes to your daily routine.

We all have food cravings which can affect our lives in many ways ranging from relationships to health issues. These cravings, common in our American culture, can cause allergies, autoimmune and chronic diseases. Food cravings can be avoided by simply and mindfully eating a diet rich in nutritionally balanced foods.

In this interactive workshop, you will learn about mindful eating, understand why you have food cravings, and how to avoid these urges by adding healthful foods to your diet. We will also suggest foods you can eat more of to reduce cravings and why these foods can improve your health.

Learn how to enjoy the food you love, and as a result live a happier healthier life!
